This is why, in line with customer feedback, we are restructuring and strengthening our sales and customer support teams – starting July 1st. It is our aim to improve business efficiency and optimise lead times for product supply, and the first step towards doing it is to streamline our workflow.
Dedicated sales coordinators will now be responsible for workflow for our customers – starting from receipt of purchase orders, through to ‘production ready’ documentation. With our new structure, for every need that our customers have throughout the order placement and manufacturing process, they will have a single point of contact. Continuing, regular contact with our Sales Managers will serve to compliment this relationship.
We are aware that our customers enjoy their quick and easy interactions with the FPS team – and believe that this restructure will make these interactions even better.
