St. Johns Packaging Completes Acquisition of Flexible Packaging Solutions Pty Ltd
St. Johns Packaging Ltd. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Australian printer-converter Flexible Packaging Solutions Pty Ltd (FPS). Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in Brisbane, FPS is a leading player in the Australian food packaging market, with particular expertise in the fresh produce sector.
